Refund policy

• We appreciate your purchase from our website. If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery, please contact us within 7 days. Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges take 3–5 days to process. However, we offer exchanges with a two-way delivery cost. We don't offer cash refunds; we only offer voucher of same amount or product exchange.
• All items must be returned in their original form (unused, original packaging, seals, and tags attached). All items sent for return first go through a quality check to ensure they are returned in their original condition. If a product is returned to us in inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

• To start an exchange process, you can contact us on WhatsApp at +92 309-4901157. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
